Chapter 01
One stage. One chance.
A World Expo lasts months. Millions of visitors walk through the gates, and your country gets exactly one chance to be felt, not just seen. There is no second first impression.

When a nation opens its pavilion, every detail matters. 78degrees runs everything behind that unique impression: from the first idea to the last guest.
One minute, no strings attached. An answer within one business day.
Chapter 01
A World Expo lasts months. Millions of visitors walk through the gates, and your country gets exactly one chance to be felt, not just seen. There is no second first impression.
Chapter 02
Visitors might forget what they read on pavilion walls. What they experienced, tasted or bought, they never forget. From the way a queue is handled or the guest is greeted to a plate being served or shop items are created; a pavilion should be treated as what it truly is: representation.
Chapter 03
Pavilion and commercial operations: we plan, staff, train, source and run all of it. Sustainable supply chains in a foreign country, service in several languages, protocol-level hospitality for state guests and royalty. That is our daily business with our own staff, so your team can focus on what matters most: representation.
Chapter 04
At Expo 2025 four nations trusted us: three restaurants, two shops and overall pavilion management. Two pavilions were awarded Gold for Sustainability by the BIE, and the German restaurant became one of the most talked-about authentic dining experiences of the entire Expo.
Security, cleaning, exhibition staffing, event coordination and maintenance, plus the full back of house structure: management, communication, PR, protocol and HR. One accountable operator and one reporting line, so your team can focus on what matters most: representation.
Food & BeverageRestaurant operations, VIP lounges, catering, staff parties and event services at international level. Our own team, recruited and trained on site in several languages, menus with the country's identity, and sustainable supply chains organised in the host country.
Retail & MerchandiseRetail concepts, assortment development and shop operations with a deep understanding of international guests. From concept to sales floor: we design the shop, turn a pavilion’s identity into products, and run it ourselves, with merchandise lines that keep selling after the gates have closed.

All referencesThe story of 78degrees does not begin with a business plan. It begins with a tender in 2017, a waste room in Dubai, and the discovery that two very different people share the same standard. Out of that encounter grew a team that has run the operational and culinary aspects of national pavilions on four continents, at state level and in front of millions.
In 2023 that experience became a company of its own. Two years later, four nations put their name on our work at Expo 2025 Osaka. The idea from the waste room had proven itself on the world’s biggest stage.
